Overseas Buyers
To help overseas buyers (both in and outside of the EU), here are a few snippets from our Shipping, Returns, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Notice pages so that the information relevant to you is in one simple location.
For customers ordering from inside Europe, please note that our online ordering system works as follows:
All orders will require the payment to be including the VAT. Should you have a valid VAT registration number and require the order to be satisfied exclusive of VAT then you will need to contact us prior to completing your order so that we can assist with that. If you cannot provide a valid tax registration number, then VAT will be charged on the sale.
For customers ordering from outside the UK and Europe, please note that our online ordering system works as follows:
You will not be charged VAT on any purchases. To get the correct sales price for the product you require just click on the add to cart button. When you log into your account the net price will be displayed as soon as it is established that your delivery address is outside of the UK and Europe.
