Order shortages and carrier damages
Please advise us of any shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt of your goods. We regret that beyond this time we may be unable to process your claim. Failure to allow such access will invalidate any rights that you may have to a refund or replacement items.
Prices and product specifications
We reserve the right to vary the price or specification of any product at any time. We will however notify you of any such variation upon order and allow you the opportunity to cancel the order at that time.
Usage of parts and products
All used parts sold are professionally cleaned and visually inspected prior to shipping. Where possible any indication of wear will be clearly advised before the sale. All photographs of used part sales are of the actual item offered for sale. We may use generic photos for the sale of brand new items that we regularly supply. All parts are required to be installed in accordance with the original manufacturer’s recommendations and by a suitably trained and qualified person. Should the part be damaged during installation or incorrectly installed, we can not be held responsible for this. Should the need arise for returning a damaged, unduly worn or prematurely failing part; we will require proof of correct fitment. This can be in the form of an invoice from a garage or dealership that undertook the work in question. We are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during the process of fitting or removing of this or any other parts. In this instance, should the part be identified as being at fault we will offer an exchange part on receipt of the returned item. A refund will be made subject to the part in question being out of stock or no longer available.
