Outside these hours you may leave a message on our answer phone or e-mail us. Email is available 24 hours a day; we will answer your enquiry as soon as we can. During busy periods, an answer phone may operate during the day. Please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Ordering by post
Should you like to order parts via post, please feel free to contact us about this. We can mail order almost any part we have. We can also process payments by mail via cheque or postal order.
Credit and debit cards
We accept payment through Paypal using their secure encrypted server to process credit and debit card payments. This gives the buyer a more secure buying experience as we do not require your card number details to process the transaction. Orders for delivery to UK addresses will be dispatched on the first working day after the payment has been received, subject to the goods being in stock. We remind customers that in this instance, any item will not be released unless cleared payment has been received. We are of course happy to take payment in cash on collection and this of course will be fully receipted.
Postal orders and personal cheques
We are happy to accept these, please confirm with us in advance of purchase should you require this payment method.
We can supply our bank details to enable a transfer to be made directly into our account. Goods will be dispatched upon confirmation of receipt of your funds from our bank. This will be on the first working day following confirmation of cleared funds.
Pay us securely with any major credit card through PayPal! We also accept payment for orders via the website and from any overseas customers via www.paypal.com using their secure encrypted server to process credit and debit card payments. Orders processed through Paypal will be dispatched on the first working day after the payment has been received, subject to the goods being in stock. Your order status and tracking details will also be updated through Paypal to enable you to trace progress of your order online. We do not accept payment via Paypal eCheque. These are unclear payments when they are first received and require a clearing time of approximately 10 days.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum deposit of 25% of the order value for any non stock special order items and/or items that are manufactured specifically for you on your instructions that are ordered by telephone. This deposit is non-returnable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer of the order for any reason, based on the customer's implicit instructions to order the goods on their behalf.
All prices displayed on the website are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate.
For customers ordering from within the UK, please note that our online ordering system works as follows:
1. All prices displayed on the website INCLUDE VAT so you can clearly see the final price you will pay.
2. If you click on the add to cart button on the website, your shopping cart contents will be displayed up towards the top right side of the page. All prices displayed in the shopping cart are shown INCLUDING VAT as the system has no way of knowing at this point where in the world you are based and therefore whether to apply VAT to the price or not. The value of items in the cart are based upon only the value of the items, postage and packing may be added at a later point.
3. Once you have competed your selection of items, you should proceed to the secure checkout where you will be asked to Log-in or create an account with your address details. During this process the system will make a check against your address details to see if VAT is applicable or not and amend it as appropriate.
4. Once the system has calculated the final total it, will display the figure which will now match with the price including VAT that is displayed on the website for the item/s you have chosen. You will then be able to choose appropriate shipping methods which will show the costs, if applicable.
For customers ordering from inside Europe, please note that our online ordering system works as follows:
All orders will require the payment to be including the VAT. Should you have a valid VAT registration number and require the order to be satisfied exclusive of VAT then you will need to contact us prior to completing your order so that we can assist with that. If you cannot provide a valid tax registration number, then VAT will be charged on the sale.
For customers ordering from outside the UK and Europe, please note that our online ordering system works as follows:
You will not be charged VAT on any purchases. To get the correct sales price for the product you require just click on the add to cart button. When you log into your account the net price will be displayed as soon as it is established that your delivery address is outside of the UK and Europe.
For small items, delivery is normally allowed by Royal Mail recorded delivery, for heavy and bulky items delivery is normally required to be taken care of by courier service. The courier service used will be dependant upon the value of the order, physical size of the parcel, carriage charges made and the delivery address. Saturday, guaranteed time deliveries and deliveries to the Highlands, Northern Ireland and Islands are subject to a surcharge.
At the checkout, you may have a number of shipping choices available to you. Please choose the most appropriate to suit your requirements.
All export orders can be sent by various methods including Parcel Force and airmail. Prices will vary depending on the parcel weight, destination and service required and will be quoted for on request. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: We are currently unable to automate the shipping choices for export orders in excess of 2Kg total packaged weight. If your total order exceeds 2Kg in weight, you may not see an available shipping choice due to this. Please either contact us for a shipping quotation or otherwise place more than one order to cover the items you need, such that each order is less than 2Kg packaged. The total order weight is shown in your shopping cart, in order to help you choose the appropriate shipping.
