New 15 tooth 520 pitch front sprocket by JT Sprockets
The photo above is a generic picture for representation purposes, you will receive the correct fitment front sprocket to fit your machine, with the dimensions and format as below:
Note: this is a 520 conversion sprocket and will only fit if all of your final drive is 520 pitch rather than the OEM 525 pitch.
This will fit the following models.
* 15 tooth 520 pitch steel front JT sprocket
* Note * This is part of a 520 conversion on the above models, as they are either 525 or 530 pitch as OEM. So you would need to convert all of the final drive on those models.

BEDDING-IN PROCEDURE FOR SBS-DC
When changing for SBS-DC from using another type of brake pad material - Follow this Bedding-in procedure very carefully:
1. Remove existing friction material deposit from brake discs - using eg. emery paper #150.
2. Do a series of gentle brakings until pad-surface is in full contact with disc-surface.
3. After pad/disc contact is achieved - repeated short brakings building up heat in discs and pads until a very thin and uniform dull/black/darkblue layer of friction material (transfer film) is established on the brake disc.
4. Then a period to allow discs to cool again before proper use.
5. Then a few easy laps building up heat - ready for race use.
When bedding-in procedure IS needed
Always follow the above bedding-in procedure - when changing for SBS-DC for the first time OR when using new brake discs.
When bedding-in procedure is NOT needed
When brake discs are covered by SBS-DC friction material (transferfilm) - new pads only need about one/two laps to be in full contact with disc-surface - then the pads are race ready (Thermal bedding-in as described above in point 1. - 4. is not needed)
Cleaning of brake discs - NOT when using SBS-DC
When brake discs are covered by SBS-DC friction material (transferfilm) - Do not clean/sand/grind the brake discs after each session. Learn More

Brand new top quality German Made JMP steering head bearing removal tool 35mm - 50 mm
This tool is used for the job of removing steering stem head race bearings from the frame of motorcycles. This special drift allows the bearing outer racer to be easily tapped out, ensuring a swift removal.
To use, the tool is simply pulled upwards through the bearing to be removed. Once through the bearing, the sprung loaded tongues of the tool move outwards to the inside of the neck of the frame. Lowering the tool against the bearing ensures that the tool will now be located against the top of the outer edge of the bearing. Tapping the top of the tool will allow the bearing to be easily and squarely removed, as the bearing is pushed out with the four equally spaced tongues on the tool.
