This is brand new Front & Rear Paddock Stand set for single sided swing arm models

This is a set of paddock stands, one front and one rear.

Paddock stands are suitable for general maintenance and repair work. Side paddock stands utilise a locking adaptor pin which inserts and locks into the rear axle.

We also have these listed in our shop as a rear stand on it's own, should that be required instead.

This rear stand fits the Ducati models with single sided swing arm as the list below.


The Ducati 1098 had two different versions of rear spindle. From May 07 onwards it used a rear spindle that will use this 40mm pin rear paddock stand. All Ducati 1098 manufactured before May 07 use a 42mm pin, please look at our other items for this. If you are unsure, please measure the left hand side of the rear spindle to confirm prior to ordering.br>
Front stand is universal so could easily be used on a variety of other bikes.

Front stand has spring loaded quick release under fork adaptors.

JMP Brake Caliper Piston Detaching Pliers Tool.

This handy tool allows easy removal of the pistons from inside the brake calipers whilst overhauling them. They grip the inside of the piston, so that the important surface finish on the outside of the piston remains intact.

This tool has a 16.5mm to 40mm capacity.

We use the same tool in our own motorcycle workshop to service and repair motorcycle brakes.

These are ideal if for maintenance in your own garage or also can be equally used in a workshop environment.

This is a brand new pair of control levers in matt black finish.

Genuine levers are incredibly expensive. We have a pair of top quality replica levers here at a fraction of the cost.

These are the radial type to fit the models listed in the pull down box below.


Please note: these are after market replacement levers and not an OEM levers.
The levers differ in shape slightly from OEM on Ducati Panigale and Monster 1200 models, they however function as per the originals.

New 38 tooth 525 pitch alloy rear sprocket by JT Sprockets

BEDDING-IN PROCEDURE FOR SBS-DC
When changing for SBS-DC from using another type of brake pad material - Follow this Bedding-in procedure very carefully:
1. Remove existing friction material deposit from brake discs - using eg. emery paper #150.
2. Do a series of gentle brakings until pad-surface is in full contact with disc-surface.
3. After pad/disc contact is achieved - repeated short brakings building up heat in discs and pads until a very thin and uniform dull/black/darkblue layer of friction material (transfer film) is established on the brake disc.
4. Then a period to allow discs to cool again before proper use.
5. Then a few easy laps building up heat - ready for race use.

When bedding-in procedure IS needed
Always follow the above bedding-in procedure - when changing for SBS-DC for the first time OR when using new brake discs.

When bedding-in procedure is NOT needed
When brake discs are covered by SBS-DC friction material (transferfilm) - new pads only need about one/two laps to be in full contact with disc-surface - then the pads are race ready (Thermal bedding-in as described above in point 1. - 4. is not needed)
Cleaning of brake discs - NOT when using SBS-DC
When brake discs are covered by SBS-DC friction material (transferfilm) - Do not clean/sand/grind the brake discs after each session. Learn More
